About Me
Hey, I’m Emese. I’m a psychodrama group therapist, a certified coach and psychologist MA in training.
I don’t believe change starts with confidence or having it all figured out. It starts with naming what’s actually true, even the parts that are hard to admit, and building from there, one honest step at a time.
I know a thing or two about transformation myself. For nearly two decades, I built a career in marketing and communications, working with international NGOs and driven by the idealistic goal of making the world a better place. With master’s degrees in both economics and communications, I led award-winning digital campaigns to raise awareness and funds for causes like environmental protection, sustainability, human rights, children in need, and housing. My work took me across the globe from the US to Dubai and gave me a career that was as meaningful as it was rewarding.
But in my mid-30s, I realized that real change in the world always starts with people. That’s when I revisited my teenage dream of becoming a psychologist and began to shift my career. I started with psychodrama, which fit alongside my day job, then earned my PCC Level 2 business and life coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation. Eventually, I went all in and returned to school to get my masters degree in psychology.

Now, alongside my ongoing work, I bring together my experience in coaching, psychodrama, and psychology to help you do this work too. Not by promising a finished, transformed version of yourself, but by helping you see clearly, build steadily, and trust yourself enough to keep going.
